Payment & Shipping FAQs:
What payment methods do you accept?
We process all payments securely through PayPal.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most major credit and debit cards. PayPal is a secure and trusted payment processor that allows you to shop online without sharing your financial information with the merchant.
When you check out, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page where you have two options:
1. If you have a PayPal account: Log in with your email or mobile number to confirm your payment.
2. If you don’t have a PayPal account: Click the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button. You will be redirected to a secure page to complete your transaction as a guest, without needing to create an account.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time. Please pay for your order in full, in advance, via PayPal.
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
We do not add any additional charges or taxes to your order. (However, customers are responsible for any local customs duties if applicable.)
How do I know my order was received?
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and details.
What shipping options do you offer and how much do they cost?
We offer Air Mail and International Expedited Express shipping. You can select your preferred method during checkout. Here are the shipping costs for each:
1. Flat Shipping – FREE (Delivery takes 7–15 business days to all major destinations.)
2. Express Shipping – $29.99 (Delivery takes 3–7 business days to all major destinations.)
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped the next business day (excluding holidays). Your total delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Exchanges & Returns FAQs:
Can I return my order?
Yes. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unused, non-customized merchandise for a refund or exchange.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 30-day exchange policy for products in "like-new" condition or for defective items. To receive a refund, please mail your item back to our address, including the original packaging.
How do I cancel my order?
You can submit a cancellation request at any time prior to shipment. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to approve the cancellation.
What if I order the wrong size?
To make an exchange, please mail your item back to our address. Include the original packaging and a note stating which size you would like instead.
When will my credit appear on my card?
Your refund will usually appear on your statement 1–3 business days after we process your request.
What guarantee do you offer?
We select our products based on excellent design and high quality. We personally inspect every order during the packing stage to ensure the correct items and accessories are included.
What is your policy for defective items?
If you receive a defective product, we will provide a full exchange or refund. In these cases, the seller pays for return shipping.
Who is responsible for damage or loss during transit?
If any items are reported as damaged or missing upon arrival, we will reship your order immediately at no extra cost to you.

Is my information, including my email address, kept safe?
We respect your privacy. Your email address is totally secure. The only information we ask for is used solely to communicate with you and process your order. This information is used only by iDream Jewelry and is never shared with third parties.
How can I check my order status?
It’s easy! After you place an order, please log in to your account using your email address. There, you can view all of your past and current orders, including full tracking information.
Do you have a minimum order quantity or low-order fees?
No. We have no minimum order quantity and no low-order fees. We are happy to ship single items or large orders worldwide.
How do I use my coupon code?
Once you have selected your products, enter your code into the "Coupon Code" box on the checkout page and click apply.
