I purchased this couple necklaces for my mother and me. She loves it. I was a little disappointed it the quality. But will order in the future and give it another try for myself.

I am very pleased with the final outcome of these products. From the time of ordering until delivery was 11 days (ordered July 25th and received August 5th). It was very simple to track the order. The only complaint that I have is since I am Canadian, I started the process on the Canadian site and somehow when I "checked out" my order and paid with my credit card there was an extra charge which I assume was exchange on the money. There is nothing on the American website that states Canadians will be charged American funds so I was quite surprised with the almost $30.00 difference on my credit card bill. When I contacted IDREAM with my concerns & questions they were very prompt in their responses and very courteous. Lesson learned !!! Check site before you finalize your order to ensure whether or not exchange or surcharges of any kind will be charged. Other than this ... I would absolutely recommend this company.

When I first ordered I was worried. One of my necklaces broke right after it was opened Christmas Day. I emailed a pict of it to idream-jewelry.com and they sent me a new one no problem. This time my order came in less than 2weeks and they look fantastic. Very happy

We purchased the Family Tree necklace for our mother for her 65th birthday. She opened it at her surprise party, where everyone there admired it and complemented her on it's uniqueness. It is beautiful and the craftsmanship is "Bang On". The stones, the engraving -everything was Perfect!!
