Return Guarantee

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been engraved or customized for a refund or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than iDream Jewelry cannot be returned. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned ( buyer pays return shipping ).

To ensure that your return is processed according to your instructions, please email our customer service department for a shipping address, and provide return or exchange information. It will insure that your return is processed correctly and in a timely manner.

iDream Jewelry offers a 7-day money back guarantee and 30-day exchange policy for any products that are in 'like new' condition and for defective products. In order to receive a refund, please mail your order to our address include the original packing.

Step #3: Care and Shipping
Because the safe return of your package is as important to us as it is to you, please insure your package for the full value listed on the invoice. Please offer the express company and tracking number which will assure you that your package has arrived at iDream Jewelry. Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by iDream Jewelry. All jewelry will be inspected by our gemologist prior to the refund being processed.
