Shipping Information:
We use Air Mail and International Expedited Express for shipping. You can choose your preferred method during checkout:
1. Flat Shipping - FREE (7-15 business days to all major destinations.)
2. Express Shipping - $29.99 (3-7 business days to all major destinations.)
Before shipping, we put every item through a strict quality control process. Popular items typically ship within 24 hours, while customized orders (such as engraved rings) take 1–3 business days. Please note that total delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time.
Processing Time: 1-3 business days
Shipping Time: 3-15 business days
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
NOTES:
1. Shipping times are estimates provided by our couriers. We are not liable for delays after dispatch caused by uncontrollable factors, but we will do our best to assist you if any issues arise.
2. Express Shipping (UPS, FedEx, or DHL) cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Please select Flat Shipping for these destinations.
Returns Information:

Exchange: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original packaging with a note regarding the exchange.
