I had picked out a bracelet for my birthday with my kids initials. I received an email saying that my order was " delivered to me". Long story short i did not receive my bracelet. so i contacted the united states postal service and gave them my tracking information. I was told the tracking number was "not found". I contacted the customer service letting them know what was going on and i got an email back just saying it was delivered. So i emailed again and have not gotten a response. Being that there is no phone number to call i feel like i was scammed. I had plans on buying my mother in law a bracelet with the grandkids initials but that seems to be out of the question. Hopefully someone from this company will contact me and resolve this issue.

The site is easy to use, products as is. The only issue I have is that there aren't a lot of options for customization (oddly enough). Not all fonts are present in all metals, and there is no option to exchange metals or fonts for different necklaces. Otherwise, I love what I've bought.

There was a very long wait for the product. I ordered it on 11th and it arrived 24th. This was a really long time to wait, however the necklace is beautiful and I'm very happy with it.
