I recieved mines and I absolutely love it. It's a great quality necklace for a low cost. The only thing I dislike is that you don't know where a necklace stops depending on length because there is no image for it. Otherwise even the customer service is great. I made a mistake by ordering the wrong length and I contacted them and it was fixed within the next day.

Purchased this necklace with my daughters new initials for a wedding gift. The first necklace choice did not work well with her initials although it was well made. It turned out great. Looked like great quality and not cheaply made. I would however like to pick the font and also I think you should be able to add symbols and and to be able to justify left, right or center. If there were more options like that I would've given 5 stars. But overall I was happy with it.

Lovely product but a bit disappointed My husband bought my beautiful necklace with my daughter & sons name on, it came quickly and was beautiful, the chain was a bit flimsy but I loved it, unfortunately after a year of wearing it my son who was still a baby pulled at the chain and it snapped. The chain is very thin and can not be mended and I've asked at my local jewlery shop for another chain but the items from my chain ( boy, girl figure and balls)will not fit another. I'm gutted as loved the whole design.

I like the necklace a lot; gave it four stars because its a little sharp meaning that its not smooth around the edges. Also my name is long so there should be an option in this style to make it thicker but besides that great piece of jewelry.

pretty necklace overall, i like the necklace and the time it took to receive it. the only thing i didn't like was the small O ring that you fasten the necklace too. with a necklace this expensive i would think that the manufacturer could put a larger O ring on it. it takes several attempts to fasten it whenever i put it on. i will have to take it to my jeweler to have a larger one put on.
