Shipping Information
We offer Standard Flat Shipping and Express Shipping. Select your preferred method at checkout.
1. Standard Flat Shipping: FREE (7–15 business days)
2. Express Shipping: $29.99 (3–7 business days)
Every item undergoes strict quality control before shipping. Popular items ship within 24 hours, while customized orders (like engraved rings) take 1–3 business days.
* Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Shipping Notes:
1. Shipping times are courier estimates. We are not liable for post-dispatch delays, but we will fully support you if any issues arise.
2. Express Shipping (UPS, FedEx, DHL) does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Please use Flat Shipping instead.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and hassle-free exchanges with zero handling fees.
Need to return an item? Follow these 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Contact Us
Notify us in advance to ensure fast processing for your return or exchange.
Step 2: Pack It
Items must be in "like-new" condition and returned in original packaging.
Step 3: Ship & Track
Share your carrier and tracking number. You are responsible for the package until signed for. Refunds are issued following an inspection by our team.
Policy Notes:
1. Shipping Costs: Buyers cover return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
2. Customized Orders: Customized or personalized items (such as engraved rings) are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. Refund Processing: Refund credits valid for "like-new" or defective items typically appear on your statement within 1–3 business days after processing.
