We use Air Mail and International Expedited Express for shipping. You can choose your preferred method during checkout:
1. Flat Shipping - FREE (7-15 business days to all major destinations.)
2. Express Shipping - $29.99 (3-7 business days to all major destinations.)
Before shipping, we put every item through a strict quality control process. Popular items typically ship within 24 hours, while customized orders (such as engraved rings) take 1–3 business days. Please note that total delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time.

Step #2: Packaging
Items must be in "like-new" condition. Please mail your order back to the provided address and include the original packaging.

For your protection, please provide us with the carrier name and tracking number. Returned merchandise remains the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by our team. Each item will be inspected by our gemologist before the refund is processed.
