I'm so in love with my necklace. The name is very detailed. The chain is a little bit thin but it's perfect. I wear it every day and I get a lot of compliments. I the necklaces is very delicate and it looks elegant. I love it.

I had picked out a bracelet for my birthday with my kids initials. I received an email saying that my order was " delivered to me". Long story short i did not receive my bracelet. so i contacted the united states postal service and gave them my tracking information. I was told the tracking number was "not found". I contacted the customer service letting them know what was going on and i got an email back just saying it was delivered. So i emailed again and have not gotten a response. Being that there is no phone number to call i feel like i was scammed. I had plans on buying my mother in law a bracelet with the grandkids initials but that seems to be out of the question. Hopefully someone from this company will contact me and resolve this issue.
