I had a very good experience with this company. The website is easy so you don't have any problems searching for what you want, and the selection is great. I was very pleased with what I ordered. I would totally recommend this company to anyone who loves personalized jewelry.

The site is easy to use, products as is. The only issue I have is that there aren't a lot of options for customization (oddly enough). Not all fonts are present in all metals, and there is no option to exchange metals or fonts for different necklaces. Otherwise, I love what I've bought.

There was a very long wait for the product. I ordered it on 11th and it arrived 24th. This was a really long time to wait, however the necklace is beautiful and I'm very happy with it.

Was very happy to get this piece and find that was even better than the pictures on the site. Expected less quality but it's beautiful. And I was able to choose a larger chain size at no extra cost. Awesome! Ii definitely recommend this company and will be shopping there again.

Refunds: iDream Jewelry offers a 7-day money back guarantee for any products that are in 'like new' condition and for defective products. In order to receive a refund, please mail your merchandise to our address include the original packing and a note stating that you would like a refund.
Exchange: In order to make an exchange, please mail your merchandise to our address include the original packing within 30 days of receipt and a note stating that you would like an exchange.
Handling Times: Your refund credit will usually appear on your card 5-7 business days after we process your refund request.
